Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

So grateful for the staff here who created a home away from home for us and our dogs when our stay was extended due to the power outage in Nashville. Everyone was friendly and patient, and despite housing what felt like half of the pets in Nashville, all facilities were so clean and well-maintained. I am especially thankful for the staff at the Library who provided friendly service and a sense of community amid so much chaos. Duncan helped create calm during high volume times and became a friendly face we looked forward to seeing throughout our stay. He not only asked us how we were doing but genuinely cared, and this made all the difference when we couldn’t go home. We are so thankful!

This is my second time visiting the Sheraton on business and one of the most notable things about this hotel is the people that work here. Everyone from the front desk (Maria) to Valet (Joshua) to our servers in the restaurant have treated us with kindness. They are all so friendly and seem to enjoy working here. I wish I could remember everyone’s name from my last visit in October, they were amazing as well! Kudos to the management for creating such a positive work environment with professional, kind and helpful individuals.The restaurant, bars, and room service are top notch! I always have great time here and appreciate the cleanliness and comfortable rooms. I will always stay here when visiting Nashville!

Anthony worked valet during my stay at the Sheraton, and the service was great. He was super nice every time I interacted with him and always had such a positive attitude. My car was brought around quickly, and everything felt really smooth and easy. It might seem like a small thing, but having someone friendly and efficient like that honestly makes a big difference.

My stay was actually wonderful and really brightened my experience here! I don’t usually give reviews for hotels, but this has changed my perception of them now. The location was super convenient and the service was excellent! Especially the valet who kept my car in great shape, Mike. He was so kind and went above and beyond to be of service and assistance to me! The rooms were also much to my satisfaction.

I had an amazing stay at Sheraton Grand. The location of the hotel is perfect. My friends and I loved taking pictures around the hotel and the surrounding placed. I wanted to highlight the valet Mike. He was so sweet and helpful. Also the house keeping always did a great job organizing my things but still keeping them in the original area so I could easily find it.

Daxton, Jonah and Adam were exceptional at valet/check in! Hotel is laid out beautifully, they left the best of the original decor in the updates. Rooms/bathroom very nice. Bed is very firm with nice linens. Very walkable area, a few easy blocks to the Ryman/Broadway strip and Printers Alley. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and…..Roll Tide!!!!

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Downtown Nashville. As an Ambassador elite, I felt like I got my moneys worth and was treated with exceptional service. The M club was phenomenal. Breakfast with a view! And the fitness center was also great. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Nashville.

Great hotel! The location was in walking distance to South Broadway, Printers Alley and cute neighborhoods. The room was nice, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Even the provided shampoo and conditioner was good! The bar had a good food menu, we had a snack and breakfast and both were very good and affordable. And the view from the Skye bar is worth a visit! The entire staff was so nice and helpful.
